Our Story

Frankie So, Head Chef at the popular Jade Garden Oriental Restaurant in Strandhill, Sligo is the owner and founder of So Sauces. Originally from Hong Kong, Frankie has lived in Ireland for 40+ years and has experience in Chinese cuisine for over 50+ years. 

After a huge success in the restaurant business, Frankie has decided to offer a range of sauces for his customers to try at home. He decided to launch So Sauces, named after Frankie himself, to create the range of authentic homemade sauces & pastes to cook from home. 

Frankie has released one of his customers favourites, his authentic Chinese Curry paste, which is a number one seller in his restaurant. This paste is simple to use and can be made into a beautiful creamy Chinese Curry sauce within a couple of minutes. The paste itself is made from natural ingredients and is prepared freshly in Frankie's restaurant using all local produce. Simply add your favourite meats or veg or even pour it over some freshly cooked chips to enjoy!
